Systems Integration & APIs

Expenses approved on the go, posted without re-keying.

Connect your expense management platform to your ERP so approved claims become expense invoices automatically, and payment confirmations flow back to the people who submitted them.

The problem

Paper claims slow everyone down.

Posted claims and receipts get lost, staff wait for managers to be on site to sign, and finance re-keys everything into the ERP.

A modern expenses app lets people submit claims and photograph receipts wherever they are. But the value only lands when the approved claims reach your ERP accurately, with the right people, cost structures and payment confirmations kept in step.

What the integration does

  • Reconciles users and organisational structures, such as business units, between systems.
  • Takes approved expense documents and creates expense invoices in your ERP.
  • Applies your posting rules and expense categories.
  • Returns payment confirmations to the expenses platform.
  • Logs each transaction so finance can trace any claim end to end.

02 / Dennis Eagle

SAP Concur connected to Avante.

Dennis Eagle moved from a paper-based expenses process to SAP Concur, and asked us to connect it to their Avante ERP.

Business units and users are reconciled, approved expense documents create Avante expense invoices, and payment confirmations return to Concur. We even helped with how expenses could be categorised more efficiently. The result: a digital record of every claim, less postage and paper, and quicker reimbursement.
