Dynamic Customer Item Price is a popup item browser for NetSuite Sales Orders and Estimates/Quotes. Search your catalogue, compare customer pricing with base pricing and location stock, then add multiple lines in one pass.
Find items, compare customer prices and add multiple order lines.
Find eligible items
Search, filter and page through the catalogue. Optionally show only items with a specific price for the selected customer.
Compare pricing and stock
See the applicable customer-specific price beside the base price and stock for the transaction location.
Build the order in one pass
Repeated selections increase quantities. Review selected items before adding multiple lines, with validation for lines that cannot be added.
Save prices deliberately
Where enabled, authorised users can explicitly choose to save a customer-specific price. Entering a transaction alone does not overwrite stored pricing.
Useful commercial detail
Additional standard columns can show cost, estimated margin and item information where query data, performance and permissions allow.
Review changes
Review the pricing audit trail by employee, customer and date. Compare previous and revised values, open the related Sales Order and export filtered results to CSV.
