The successful Trainee/Junior Programmer will be involved in maintaining and upgrading existing systems, supporting our customers and working on projects developing bespoke applications. As a Trainee / Junior Programmer your core duties will include, but not be limited to:
Managing and supporting Software Development needs
Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
End user training and support, including documentation where necessary
Supporting the rest of the team as required
Database management and development
Development of Android or iOS-based applications
Working 37.5 hrs per week at their office near Silverstone/Towcester (Caswell Science and Technology Park), you will have a pleasant working environment, flexibility in start and finish times, company benefits and be involved in a variety of software projects. The successful Trainee/Junior Programmer does not need any previous experience, however, a keen interest in building software and developing internet-based systems would be advantageous. Having any of the skills detailed below, would also be advantageous.
IN RETURN YOU WILL GAIN EXPERIENCE IN:
SQL Database Design and Management including Replication
.NET (generally C# and VB)
ASP.NET / HTML / Web Development
Object Oriented software design
Android or iOS development
Unidata and Uni-Basic
