Web Control wanted to provide an alternative support service. One that was focused on what the customers need and
want. So we only charge £4,000 a year billed quarterly in advance. In addition to the insurance guarantee of a
timely response we provide the first 20 hours of support in any one year. Thereafter the customers pay for additional
support at £80 an hour. This simple structure means that there are no rules about what is covered and what is not
covered. Everything within the bounds of our skills is covered. In addition the customer gets a monthly statement
showing the work done during the month and the closing balance of hours.
